Ordering & Shipping

PAYMENT METHODS

We want to make things easy for you, so we accept Credit Cards and PayPal (you can use a bank transfer or credit card when checking out with PayPal)

 

SHIPPING

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $7.95 no matter how much you order! We use the friendly and reliable posties at Australia Post to deliver your goodies via Registered Post or Parcel Post depending on the size of your order. 

SMALL PARCELS within Australia are sent using Registered Post. This means you'll need to sign to receive your items, just for added security,  to ensure your precious goodies don't get lost in the mail! If you are not home to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox advising pick up options.

LARGE PARCELS are sent with Australia Post Parcel Post and include a Tracking Number, so you can track your delivery every step of the way until it arrives on your doorstep.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent using Australia Post's International Parcel Services. Australia Post estimate 15-20 business days for international delivery, depending on end destination. The postage cost will depend on the total combined weight of items in your order. 

We have 2 options for international shipping:

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST (NO TRACKING) - If you select this option at checkout your order will be sent airmail via Australia Post International Parcel Post. There is no tracking on this method of shipping.

PACK & TRACK INTERNATIONAL (Up to 2kg) - If you select this option at checkout your order will be sent airmail via Australia Post Pack & Track International. This shipping method offers tracking to give you peace of mind and the ability to follow your package on its way over to you. Pack & Track is only available for parcels up to 2kg. If the total weight of your order exceeds 2kg you will need to select International Parcel Post.

IN A HURRY? - If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express Post International, please contact us and we'll let you know your postage options and costs for the products you have selected. 

FEES & TAXES - Postage that is paid for your Light & Co order does not include taxes, fees or any associated costs that may be payable in your home country when your order arrives. This cost is to be paid by you.

 

TIMING

For the month of April,  we will dispatch your order within 1-2 weeks. We'll also send you a confirmation email to let you know everything is on its way. Delivery time will depend on your location, and it's always best to leave a bit of extra time for processing and delivery by Australia Post over busy periods like Christmas & Easter.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is marked as dispatched it cannot be cancelled as it is already on its way to you! 

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We typically do not accept returned items, however we do want you to be extremely happy with your purchases, so please email us if you have any concerns whatsoever. In the unlikely event that we both agree that you can return an item, you may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund and we'll also pay the return shipping costs. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please check your address details carefully before submitting your order. Any parcels labelled 'Return to Sender' and returned to us by Australia Post will incur a further postage fee to be re-sent to the correct address.

 

DAMAGES

We take the utmost care to ensure everything leaves our hands in perfect condition and we use packaging appropriate to the product being sent via post. If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit please email us immediately. We will contact Australia Post and ask them to look into it. We may need to ask for a photo of the damaged goods if Australia Post require it. 

 

LOSSES

We send all our packages via Australia Post Registered Mail or Parcel Post for peace of mind, however if your order does go missing please email us. As with damages, we will contact Australia Post to investigate. We can't, however, offer a refund for items lost in the mail.

Having a wedding or other big event and you need lots of items? Email us! Let us know and we can organise a very special discount for you! Every item we have listed can be purchased for large orders.
